Crucial information

• You have 30 days to initiate your return
• Up to 10 days to process refunds
• 25 % restocking fee

Cancellations

When you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email and it will immediately enter our system If you change your mind and want to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us before we hand the order to the courier. The sooner you reach out, the better - we usually get orders ready within 1-2 days.

If you contact us in time, we will provide you with a 100 % refund. If you are too late (and your package is already en route), regular return/refund policy will apply, including the 25% restocking fee.

Under no circumstance do we accept returns or refunds for custom orders.

Returns / Refunds Policy

Only unused items in their original condition are eligible for a return or a refund!

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package. You can begin the process by contacting our support at (309) 761-5778 or support@peakrelax.com.

You will bear the return shipping costs and we also charge a 25 % restocking fee.

When your return arrives and we inspect it, we will inform you via email whether it is accepted. If it is, please allow up to 10 days for your refund to arrive on the payment method you used to place your order.

Damaged orders

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If there is any damage, make sure to make a note of it when you sign for delivery. 

Then please send the SKU and photos of the product damage / box damage to support@peakrelax.com. It it crucial to do so within 24 hours of accepting the package, otherwise we will not be able to assist you.

Warranty

The manufacturer places warranty in place to deal with damage that occurs from using the product over time  Warranty will not be applied to damages caused by shipipng.
